In this case, our primary lens is out of commission and in need of replacement. This is not a surgery for the faint of heart, but it can be performed with excellent results.
If you’ve had cataracts in the past, you know the risks. The medical term is “secondary cataract.” These are the complications that come with your main cataract surgery. The main reason for secondary cataracts is that a second surgery can improve your vision to a much greater degree than a first surgery. The secondary cataract surgery is performed in the same way, with the same amount of anesthesia and with the same amount of time to complete.
When you do a secondary cataract surgery, your eye is examined to make sure that the surgery is going to improve your vision. This is done by the same medical professional who did the surgery for your primary cataract surgery. They take pictures of your eye, and they have to compare them to the pictures that the doctor took before the previous surgery. If they find the surgery is going to improve your vision enough, they’ll recommend a secondary surgery.
I actually had a secondary cataract surgery before my primary one, and it was the one and only time it made a difference in how much vision I would have. The difference was much less than after the initial surgery. Since my primary surgery, I have been able to read at 20/20. My secondary surgery also allows me to read at 20/50, as well as being able to see my left eye in my left eye, and vice versa.
What’s funny is that many doctors think that because you are a young person, you need to be told that you need to have your eyes checked for a secondary cataract. However, I’m a 60-year old man. I’m not the only one who has them. And I’m not the only one who’s having them. In fact, I think it’s quite safe to say that the rest of the world is having them too.
Well, you would be surprised, especially if you’re a young person who is also having a cataract. It’s usually not that bad, and in fact it can sometimes be surprisingly pretty. For example, your left eye will often have a more permanent problem than the right.
In most cases, the right eye will have a secondary cataract. It can be an inflammatory condition, or, in the case of my own eyes, a congenital eye disease. While it rarely affects vision, it can be quite a nuisance. It can lead to blurry vision and headaches, and as many of you probably know, this is one of the main reasons we get to go to the movies so often.
Secondary cataract surgery is a common sight in our society. It’s also a fairly common occurrence in my own household. In my case it was a congenital eye-related disease that got out of control, resulting in a permanent cataract that had to be removed. While I was able to see well enough to be able to drive, I could no longer see at all.
This is a common procedure in other countries, and my own country has even had it done to people who were a bit younger. In my own case it was because of age, not a congenital disease. The problem is that people with normal eyesight and healthy eyes are able to make eye-related decisions as a normal part of their lives. Someone with cataracts, however, has no choice but to make their decisions all the time.
It’s true that a cataract is a vision problem, but the problem we have here is that we don’t have a choice. We can’t get a pair of glasses or contact lenses as adults to correct the problem, or even to change the vision. So, while the surgery will likely help with my vision, in the end it’ll be only temporary.
