These days, it seems more and more that avocados are being replaced with something else. The same is true for avocados. After all, they are really expensive, they keep for a long time, they are a staple on the lunch box, and they taste pretty darn good. But where are all the avocados now? I’m going to blame avocado on my husband.
There are a lot of factors that come into play when it comes to whether or not avocados are a good or bad thing. I don’t think that they are a bad thing per se, but I do think that they have been replaced too much with something else. Avocados are one of the main ingredients in the avocado oil that goes on everything from salad dressings to oil for frying.

Avocados are a good thing to have on hand, but they are also replacing one of the most important staples of a healthy diet, the egg. Eggs are a staple for all kinds of healthy eating, and a good source of protein. So if I eat avocados over my eggs, I am probably doing myself a big favor.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen avocado on the cutting board, or in the fridge, or on your dinner plate, but I have seen avocado oil on a salad dressing, on a salad, on my hair, on my skin, and sometimes I even have avocado on my earlobes and between my fingers. I’m not even going to go into what a great skin care product avocados are.
Im not a fan of eating avocados, so I will be using a product that will replace them. A product called Avocado Milk. Its made from the avocado’s flesh, but it is actually a milk substitute that you can mix with yogurt, milk, or even water.
It’s called Avocado Milk because that’s the only way I can describe it. It’s something I’ve actually tried and it does something that I don’t think I ever thought I would. I actually really like it, and I’ve used it on salad, smoothies, and even on crackers. I’ve even used it in cocktails. I think the main reason its such a great product is because it tastes sort of like the real thing.

I had a hard time blending it properly, so I used a fork to scrape all the avocado pulp out, but I still ended up with a pretty liquid/milky consistency.

After scraping out the avocado pulp, you’ll need to go ahead and throw it in the blender, but since you can use the avocado as a cheese, you need to chop it up into tiny pieces first. The juice of the avocado will go into the blender, and the pulp will go into the water.
