I have been called a “boob” for a very long time. However, I have finally given up the “boob” tag. The reason? Having a hard time focusing on the people, places, and things in my life, which is the “boob” part.
In my experience, I can’t help but notice that my eyes, nose, mouth, and ears are all constantly taking in images of people, places, and things that I’ve looked at, heard, or seen.
This is called “autofocus.” It’s a phenomenon that many people experience and you can read about it here. You can also try the eye exercises that will help you improve your focus.
Well apparently I have been having bad focus for a while. And in my defense, Ive had a few problems with my vision before, but I have no idea why. I think it might just be due to my diet, but I’m not 100% sure. Ive had the same problems since I started working out a few years ago.
As a side note, I have a couple friends who work in the medical field and they can tell you that getting the right diet is the most important thing. Ive always thought the same thing.
My guess is that your diet is just making it worse, but Im not sure. I know that if you drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruits and veggies, you will get a little better at focusing. I could be wrong though.

There’s also the fact that it could be the lack of water. There are many things that can cause this. Sometimes I think that I’m just thirsty, or maybe I just haven’t had enough coffee to last me the day.
The fact is, there is a lot of evidence that water is what causes us to feel better when we eat and drink. To get this, I used the “trypophobia” test and asked a bunch of people to try to drink water without putting any effort into it. I asked the people to try to drink water for 30 seconds.
The trypophobia test is a simple test that measures the strength of the pain associated with different things you have. The higher the score, the more painful the experience.
