I’ve been a hardcore gym hater for most of my life. I hate cardio, I hate weights, I hate high-impact cardio, I hate machines, I hate the weights themselves, I hate the idea of working out, and I hate anyone who gets on a machine and works out for me.
But I was surprised when I found myself watching a video of a few gymsharks in Chicago doing some exercise together.
You know how it is with sports that the players have to be pretty big to compete with the rest of the world in the first place? Well, when the players are the same size as the world and the weights are as light as the world, the competition can be pretty brutal. That’s why you see some of the world’s best athletes do some of the most ungodly things imaginable, like run around on treadmills during a marathon.
A gymhark knows he has a chance to beat the world’s best athlete, but he also knows that he can’t always expect that to be the case. Its his job to keep his body in shape. So while he was doing some squats and jumping jacks, he was also taking in some of the world’s best workouts.
While he was doing the squats and jumping jacks, he was also getting a little bit of that “gym” time, because the world’s best athletes were running in the gym’s tracks, and all the weights in the gym were being used against each other. It’s pretty amazing, really.
I’ve always thought that gyms could really be the great equalizer. When you have a bunch of different people working together, everyone gets a fair amount of workout and the people who are doing the same exercises don’t have to deal with boredom. Of course, this comes with a downside, because you’re always taking out people who really know what they’re doing.
Its kind of like a race, and it isnt a race. Its a competition, but its not a competition against yourself. Every time a person is on the mat, theyre competing with someone else. The person who finishes the set first at the end of a competition has to take out the person who was on the mat last.
Not everyone who wants to get in shape can find a gym. Of course, not everyone who wants to get in shape has time to go to the gym. And not everyone who wants to get in shape is able to go to the gym. And not everyone who wants to get in shape needs to go to the gym. Not everyone who wants to get in shape needs to go to the gym. That’s like saying you need to go to the gym after your first job.
Yes, there are a variety of different types of people who go to the gym, but every person who goes to the gym is not trying to get in shape. Some people are just looking for a way to feel strong, but not necessarily to get stronger. So you see a lot of people trying to get in shape, like anyone who wants to get in shape is in some way trying to get strong.
You see a lot of people who are strong on the outside because they don’t really know what they’re doing. In order to get stronger, you have to learn what you are doing. It’s kind of like how someone who gets a tattoo might learn to read but not really know what a tattoo is. In order to actually become what you want to become, you have to know how to read.
