If you’ve read my books, you know that self-awareness is a key component to being truly healthy. But recently a reader of mine asked me how I think about my health. I found myself on the verge of tears as I realized that this was a huge subject that I’d been avoiding.
The key concept here is that you need to look at your body differently. As I’ve been writing my books, I’ve been learning how to take better care of myself, so I have been trying to get better at being aware of what I’m eating and drinking, what I’m doing, and my overall health.
For my whole life Ive been a vegetarian or vegan. Ive always felt that I was better off for it, but Ive always been afraid to talk about it because I was afraid of the criticism. When I became a vegetarian, I was afraid I would lose my job as a graphic designer for the vegetarian community. Because of that I stopped eating meat.
So why do you think it is important to eat meat? When I asked that question the first time, I had no idea I was going to get an answer. I have a lot of friends and family who are vegetarians, and I want to help them keep that lifestyle as healthy and natural as possible. They are a huge part of the food chain for our planet and they deserve to have a good and safe food supply. I want to help them do that.
The question on many people’s minds is, “Why should I eat meat?” Well, meat is a lot of processed food. It means that a lot of the proteins that we eat have been chemically altered and that they are not the same animals that our ancestors ate. The meat industry only began in the 1990s, so it’s only been a decade since the beginning and a lot of the meat we eat today has not been treated as humanely.
That is a problem because not only are we taking a lot of processed meat out of our diets, but we are also exposing our bodies to toxins that are not safe to ingest. It is becoming more and more apparent that consuming meat is not a good idea in general and that the meat industry in particular is not a good idea. The problem is that the more people that eat this way, the more they are becoming toxic.
The meat industry is a big one because it’s an extremely profitable business. The meat is processed so that it looks and tastes better than the real thing. It’s processed so that it’s easier to eat. It’s processed so that it’s lower in calories than actually being eaten. Most people who eat this way are not conscious that they are poisoning themselves, but it is becoming more and more apparent that it can be a very dangerous situation.
It’s also becoming more apparent that the meat industry has been a huge contributor to the obesity epidemic. A couple of years ago, an article in the Huffington Post showed that the amount of meat that Americans eat is directly correlated to the number of people that are already overweight. The article also showed that the same amount of meat that we’re now eating is directly related to the number of overweight children that we have.
So the more meat Americans eat, the more likely they are to be overweight and subsequently obese. But I guess that’s a question of what level of fat you’re eating. The amount you’re eating won’t directly correlate to your health. A study showed that the amount of fat in the meat that Americans eat doesn’t affect how fat they are.

After watching him, I’m convinced that there is no real answer in the end. So who knows? Maybe we don’t really need a new way to kill our children. Maybe we should go back to the old ways that have worked for so long.
