I have a pretty bad lower back, and to be honest it’s caused me some major neck, shoulder, and back pain in the past. I’ve only had to take a few pain pills once in the past few years, and it seemed to really help. I still take a few pain pills, but I’ve come to accept that it’s really not worth the risk. In fact, I’m fairly sure I’m going to be able to get better without them.
