People are told that they smell like zinc. It is a chemical compound that is found in many things that are in contact with the skin and our bodies. It is mostly found in the skin but it can also be found in our hair, nails, and foods. The zinc odor is not a bad thing. It is a great reminder that even in our busy lives we are still humans and we all have the ability to smell.
One of the things about living with zinc body odor is that you are constantly reminded that you are one of the most important human beings on this planet. It is not a bad thing though and it doesn’t bother me at all. There is no “bad” zinc body odor. Like most other odors, it is a reminder that there is lots of other stuff going on in this world that you can smell as well. And it’s only one of many things that we are reminded of.
Zinc body odor is a common side effect of zinc deficiency. It is not necessarily bad though. You can get zinc deficiency without zinc body odor. You can get any type of zinc deficiency, and that will typically include zinc deficiency in the blood and zinc deficiency in the bones and teeth. A lot of people can also get zinc deficiency without zinc body odor.
I don’t have any zinc body odor, and I do like the zinc in my bones and teeth. So I guess that makes me a zinc body odor person. What I don’t like about zinc body odor is that it can sometimes seem like a normal side effect of zinc deficiency. It can be an indicator that you might actually have zinc deficiency. It’s not necessarily bad, but sometimes it can be a bit confusing.
At least one study found that in people with low zinc levels, zinc body odor was more likely to be seen as a symptom of zinc deficiency than as a normal side effect of low zinc levels.
Its just a general statement, but if you have zinc deficiency (like I do, and I know for a fact I am a zinc body odor person), you might also notice mild zinc deficiency symptoms. For instance, one of the common signs of zinc deficiency is that your body smells funny. This can happen, especially in people who live in warm climates, which can have a lot of zinc in it. When you take in too much zinc, your nose can get sensitive to airborne zinc.
I have low zinc levels. I can’t smell my body odor at all. I have a mild zinc deficiency. I can smell my body odor now.
So what do you think of zinc deficiency symptoms? If you do have zinc deficiency symptoms, you are probably not alone. Although we don’t know for sure, it does give you some clues that you might be suffering from zinc deficiency. For one, your body odor is generally stronger at nighttime, and that’s also the time of day when your body is most likely to be producing zinc. Another clue is that you have a mild zinc deficiency.
That last one is a little gross, but I have a mild zinc deficiency, and my body smell can change from nice to so gross. I feel like my body odor is so strong that it can literally be detected by a person’s sense of smell. I can see it in the grocery store or in a restaurant. I can see it in the bathroom, in the shower, in the kitchen. It’s also noticeable when I wake up in the morning.
A zinc deficiency is usually mild and temporary, but that doesn’t mean you have to be a life-long sufferer of it. The body can produce zinc in the body when it’s in the process of creating new cells, but once the cells are formed they can’t produce any more zinc. This is where your body has to produce a lot of it. In any case, zinc does nothing for you except make you sick.
