This is a question I get very easily when I’m working with students in my class. They are always asking me the same thing: “what time was it?” They then want to know when the time was. I never know what time it is. I just know I’ve been up since 7:30 this morning. Sometimes I’m up late… sometimes I’m not up early at all.
As it turns out, there are actually two different things. One is the time it was when you were awake. The other is the time when you were asleep. The difference is that the former has an instant effect on your waking cycle and the latter has a longer effect on your sleeping cycle. So the time that is actually real to you is the latter and the time that is real to you is the former.
So when you’re up, you’re actually awake. When you’re asleep, you’re asleep.
If youre one of the few people who have the ability to accurately time their own sleep, then that’s pretty cool. Sleep is a state of being where your body is still asleep. This is a very deep state of being where your body is still, but your mind isn’t. It’s basically a state where you are not thinking about anything. During sleep, your mind does not dwell on the things that you did that day. This is the state that most people call REM sleep.
When you go to sleep, it is very normal to have your body become so relaxed that you fall asleep within seconds. However, the moment you go to sleep, your brain does not shut down, and you stay wide awake. It will take you a while to get used to this state, but its definitely not something you want to go through.
Many people sleep in this state, but in the end as long as you keep your mind engaged, you will remain in that state. Most of us are aware that we are asleep, but we don’t really know why we are in this state. Most people who live this state have a mental block that prevents them from going to sleep, and that block is called REM.
REM is a state in which your mind is still awake, but the part of your brain that controls you still functions. So as long as you remain in this state, you will never go to sleep. The fact that you’re still waking up when you should be sleeping is more than just an illusion. Your brain is still working, but it is at a higher level, and your brain is processing information that is not real.
The brain is a very complicated organ that performs many complex functions, and so much of your brain is controlled and modulated by the various neural pathways that connect the various parts of your brain. A certain part of the brain will control all the other parts of your brain, while another part of the brain will be controlled by another part of the brain. So, at the root of REM is the entire structure of the brain.
For many people, the idea of a brain is a scary thought, and so it’s no wonder that when we consider the idea of our brain as a computer, the entire notion of time, of time lines, is a bit of a stretch. The brain is actually a very complex entity, and it’s not completely understood how it executes certain actions.
