If you’ve ever been in a room that you thought was a good buy, you’ve likely experienced a flurry of excitement and anxiety about the prospect of actually getting it. The excitement is not unlike the excitement that I feel in the kitchen when I am thinking of buying my first home.
This just in: you have a home, and you have the keys to a house. So if you get it, you have to be able to live in it, right? The same is true of the keys to a car, or a plane, or a boat.
The excitement is that we are literally buying a piece of real estate, but we are also buying into one of the biggest decisions we will ever make in our lives. This is a large decision that will forever change us and shape our lives. This is also a decision that we have no control over.
Buying a house is one of the biggest decisions we will ever make, and we don’t even own a house in the first place. The keys to a house might be the most important decision we will ever make, and the keys to a car, or a plane, or a boat, might be an equally important decision. But the keys to a house can be the most important decision we will ever make.
The best advice I can give homeowners who are considering this decision is to be honest with potential neighbors. If the decision to buy or build a house is overwhelming, then make sure to do so as soon as possible. There many steps to considering that decision, some of which may be unpleasant.
If you want your house to be a success, you need to make it a success, but if you want it to fail, then you need to fail, because it’s only the failure of a house that will lead to its success.
Like most things, there are two sides to this coin. You can look at both sides and decide what the right choice is. We are a community of builders and we like to do what we can to help our friends and business partners succeed. We want to earn your business, we want to be successful. We want to help you succeed. We want to know what you think about our decisions. We want to talk about our decisions. We want to help you make decisions.
So how do you think we should feel about a house that is going to be successful? I mean, let’s say we decide to build a home for people who are in need of shelter.
We should feel good about our decision. We should feel comfortable in our decision. We should feel that we are doing the right thing for our friends and business partners. And if we decide to go out of our way to help them succeed, we should be proud of ourselves because that means they are doing well. We should feel that we are helping them succeed.
This is a good one.
