One of my favorite ways to stay on track in my own life is to create a special journal for me. I am not a big journal user, but I do love finding it on the internet and reading about it. I love the simplicity of the journal, the ease of use, and whether it is one of those that I can always refer to and reference later. I also like it because it helps me keep track of things I want to look back on in the future.
