I am not a medical professional, but I have been experiencing difficulties swallowing my own saliva. I am not sure if this is related to covid, but I don’t feel as if my saliva is coming through okay. I am hoping this is just a temporary medical issue and that I should be able to get through this quickly. However, if it is anything else, I would like to know how I could find out more.
The other day I was thinking about how my saliva could be interfering with my ability to swallow. I was going through a list of things I often swallow, and I thought about how I could actually be swallowing something wrong with me.
That is a really good question. When we think about the things we swallow, and the things we don’t swallow, we typically think about the things that we have to swallow. However, it’s really really important to consider that there are things that we don’t need to swallow, such as our food, vitamins, and water.
I think people who are swallowing wrong are taking in toxins. The food we eat, the vitamins we take in, and the water we drink is all part of our body’s system of defenses. I have noticed that when I take vitamins, I have a lot of food stuck in my throat. Most of my food is in my stomach, so I have to swallow a lot of things that are actually not food.
For example, I recently ate a small plate of something called “bacon”, and I took in way too much air. I think I might have been eating the wrong kind of bacon. On that note, I have to tell you that most of the time, I end up swallowing a very small amount of air. I have noticed that when I swallow air, I have to take in more air than I normally would, which is a really big deal.
It’s not just during the course of eating, but also when I swallow, that I tend to swallow more air than I would have if I weren’t eating. When I’m eating, I tend to swallow more air than if I weren’t eating. It’s like I’m trying to swallow more food than I normally would. It’s really hard to swallow, and it can make swallowing difficult.

Covid seems to have made this problem even worse, because as much as I would like to swallow more air than normal when I eat, I also have to swallow less food than normal. To make matters worse, my throat gets sore a lot more than usual if I eat too much. I also find myself swallowing more food than usual when I drink, and if I drink too much, I also find myself swallowing more air than normal.
Covid has made swallowing difficult, and it seems like eating and drinking are equally difficult for me. It’s a bit of a trade off, because it makes swallowing much easier, but I’m definitely having more trouble swallowing than normal. Of course, to make matters worse, not having a constant supply of air makes it harder to breathe.
Covid has made swallowing much more difficult. It could also be the case that covid has made swallowing much more difficult for me. Im probably drinking more because of covid, but I can also feel like I’m swallowing way too much. I’ve read that people in hospital are given pep pills and that it helps them to swallow, but I don’t think that would be a good idea.
