This makes for a rather interesting dilemma for those of us who have been trained to be on top of our game. I am guilty of this too. I just don’t take any of these mood-elevating chemicals at the right time or place. I guess it is why I am an introvert.
This is a good problem to have; a lot of the time we take these chemicals at the wrong time. I mean, you would think that someone with a job, a career, a family, and a good marriage would be a bit more aware of their mood-elevating chemicals than I am. But that is not the case.
It might be that one of the reasons that introverts are so good at mood management is that we are more sensitive to the chemicals in the brain than extroverts are. A good introvert is good at mood-management because they are able to notice mood-elevating chemicals before they happen, and react to them before they cause havoc. This is why extroverts are so good at mood-management.
The problem is that mood-enhancing chemicals can also cause mood-elevators to become mood depressants. This can lead to people who are introverts becoming mood depressors, while extroverts become mood-elevators. This isn’t really a problem with mood-elevating chemicals – I just believe that most of us are more sensitive to mood-elevating chemicals than we are to mood depressants.
I’m not sure if this is true for most people, but I think it may be for me. I’m not a mood-enhancer, and I also think that introverts are more sensitive to mood depressants than they are to mood-elevating chemicals.
It’s kind of hard to say what its like to be introverted. I’m not sure if I’d have the same experience as a mood-enhancer – even though I’m not quite as mood-depressive as most of you. To me, it’s just something that comes with being in a headspace. It’s something about how I’m more sensitive to mood-elevating chemicals than I am to mood depressants.
Yeah, its kind of hard to say what its like to be introverted. Im not sure if Id have the same experience as a mood-enhancer – even though Im not quite as mood-depressive as most of you. To me, its just something that comes with being in a headspace. Its something about how Im more sensitive to mood-elevating chemicals than I am to mood depressants.
Im not sure if we agree that its about being more sensitive to mood enhancing chemicals, but it probably is. It probably comes from the fact that Im more sensitive to mood-enhancing chemicals than to mood depressants. It really doesn’t matter who we are, because if we were all just like us we wouldn’t be able to tell our moods apart.
Mood-enhancing chemicals are known to have a huge effect on our moods. When we take a drug like LSD, for example, we can feel it in our body for days. If we take a mood enhancer like an amphetamine, we feel it for a few hours. There are also mood-enhancing vitamins like B vitamins. We can feel their effects within minutes, but taking a pill and taking out a pill is more efficient.
The chemicals in our bodies that actually affect our moods are known as neurotransmitters. Just like the other ingredients we’ve discussed here, these chemicals are basically chemicals that are released in the brain when we’re awake and react to certain things. That’s why certain mood-enhancing chemicals will make you more confident, for example, and others will make you sad.
