The latest from the news pages: The Tennessee Valley is the state that just won the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. So yeah. That’s cool.
The GardenGrowers is the web’s version of the National Enquirer. You can check out any of the GardenGrowers stories here.
This is a fun little story, though, from a different angle. The GardenGrowers is an old-school gossip rag, and you can read it here.
The GardenGrowers is probably the first web site I can think of that is based on actual gossip. It’s not a tabloid, but it’s very entertaining and informative.
The GardenGrowers is a long-time tabloid, but it’s also a fun and funny site. There are some jokes you might find a little too out there, but the site is informative and fun. We’ve been using the GardenGrowers for years, but I’ve always been a bit of a GardenGrower myself. I like the idea of putting the gossip behind the tabloid and writing stories that are true and funny.
The GardenGrowers is owned by a woman named Gwen Fusco (she’s the owner of the GardenGrowers). She is also the owner of a local radio station, which I think is a bit of a bad idea. I don’t know if anyone has ever tried to run a gossip site, but I’m sure it’s a possibility. I don’t think people really understand the difference between the two.
Gwen is a gossipy and very well known figure in the area. She used to own a real estate company, but she lost it when she was caught doing sex with her employee. As the owner of a radio station, she will inevitably have her own opinions about what people are doing in the area, so I think running a gossip site would be a bad idea.
Gossip is generally considered to be a form of hearsay. Although I think it is more accurate to classify gossip as gossip as it is often shared between friends. Personally, I’d rather people gossip to each other than to me.
