“The first step is knowing who you are right now. For me, this means knowing myself. My self-awareness comes in the form of the three levels of self-awareness I have mentioned in the previous article. The first level is self-awareness of self. This is the awareness that you are a human being. The second level is self-awareness of the people around you. This is self-awareness of relationships and situations.
The third is self-awareness of the world around you. This is self-awareness of the people who are close to you. This is self-awareness of your own feelings and reactions. Self-awareness is the ability to be able to say to yourself, “There is a universe out there.
What are you self-aware of? The first is you. The second is your family. The third is everything you know about the world.
The problem is that we don’t always know what we are self-aware of. We may not know we are self-aware of our family, our relationships, or anything else, but we are aware of our own feelings and reactions.
Self-awareness is a way to know your own feelings and reactions, and to be able to say to yourself, “There is a universe out there, and all of us who are alive on this planet are here because we are in the body of a living creature.” We are aware of our surroundings, and we are aware that some things were done to us, but we are not aware of how it feels to be a piece of us.
I am certain that many of the people who read this article are aware of themselves and their own feelings and reactions, but they are unaware of how they feel about themselves. That is probably because most of us are not aware of how we feel about ourselves. There are so many things that we think about in a day that we simply don’t think about all that much.
We all have thoughts and we all have reactions to those thoughts and reactions, but most often those thoughts and reactions are not acknowledged. Most of us don’t realize that we think about those thoughts and reactions, and when we realize we do, we are generally surprised at how much of ourselves we have thought about. A good example of this is when we read or hear of a tragic event.
One of the most powerful ways that we think about ourselves is through reading, and that is exactly what happened when the mass shooting at the Aurora theater in Colorado happened. The shooter killed twelve people, including himself, and that day was one of the most heavily talked about in our country. The shooter was not a terrorist or a racist, he was a white man with a deep dislike of the color red.
That was one of the most talked about days of the year in our country. It was the day the news people and sports people of our country talked about the most. It was the day the world wanted to know about us. It was the day the most famous sports people in the country talked about us. It was the day the most famous people in our country talked about us.
The same day our president spoke to the world, the same day our congressmen spoke in the media, the same day our congressmen spoke to the people of our country, the same day our congressmen spoke to the rest of the world it was the day that people all across the country talked about us.
