To be clear, this is a description and not a diagnosis. This is NOT an official diagnosis of spine deformity.
Any type of spinal curvature is more likely to be due to bad posture or a bad back, but it’s not uncommon for some people to have curvature of the spine. The most common type is called spondylolisthesis, where the vertebrae move out of alignment, giving a crooked, unstable spine. Some other types are called spondylolysis, wherein the vertebrae move into the wrong position.
Spondylolisthesis is often due to improper posture or a bad back. Sometimes the curvature is subtle, such as over a bump, but it can be obvious, especially in people with a large curvature. And some people get curvature from a condition called spinal stenosis, where the bone-on-bone that connects vertebrae to vertebrae has a small hole or hole in it.
Spondylolisthesis is a condition that causes abnormal curvature of the spine, or spondylolysis. And it can be confused with spondylolisthesis, which is a condition that can cause abnormal curvature of the spine and give a crooked, unstable spine.
Spondylolisthesis can also be seen on radiographs. And if you have a curvature, that can be seen, too. The two are related, but a curvature from spondylolisthesis is usually more obvious than spondylolisthesis from a curvature.
Spondylolisthesis can occur when there is a small curve in a vertebra or a bone. It can also occur in cases of degenerative spondylolisthesis. It is similar in how it happens, but degenerative spondylolisthesis is more common than spondylolisthesis. Degenerative spondylolisthesis occurs due to damage to the spinal disc.
The two are related by the fact that the bones that make up the vertebrae are actually attached to each other. Spondylolisthesis can be diagnosed by a CAT scan. Spondylolisthesis from a curvature is usually more obvious.
I think this is a good description of the curvature I see pictured below. The two lines going through it are the two bones that make up the vertebra. These bones are connected by a hinge. The curve is actually a curve in the space between the two bones, which is what is referred to as a “cavity.” I can’t explain it very well, but I think that this is what the curvature looks like.
Yes, I can try to, but I’m not a doctor, and I don’t have a medical degree. So I will have to refer to the pictures. I do know that the curvature will be on either side of the base of the spine.
Many people are born with a congenital curvature, which is often called a spina bifida. It is a birth defect and can often be severe enough to affect a child’s alignment. Sometimes it can be very severe and there is a risk of paralysis in the child. This is due to an actual narrowing in the spinal disc that is usually the result of the curvature that happens before birth.
