So it is true, we are all prone to insomnia. We think about it, we go for a walk, or we sleep in until the alarm clock goes off.
The problem is that we all sleep the same way, we all drift off. So if you are one of those people who is prone to insomnia, you probably have a pretty good idea of how to get through the day. There are a variety of techniques that can help you get out of bed, and you may not need to be a professional hypnotist to find them out.
The first step is to learn to tell if your mind is on your computer, TV, or whatever it is you’re watching. If you can tell you’re not in a TV show, you’re doing just fine. If you can tell you’re thinking about something else, or it’s your phone, you’re probably not a good sleeper.
It’s easy to make this mistake, especially if you’re looking at screens, watching your phone, or whatever other screen you’re using. You can turn your brain off and get it back on again. But if you’re the type of person who gets really twitchy and hyperfocused on your phone, and you’re sleeping, then you’re probably not actually sleeping.
I know I was diagnosed with insomnia when I was about 15 because I was so preoccupied with my phone that I could not focus or sleep. My doctor gave me a prescription for Ambien, which I took for the rest of my life and never had to worry about again because my brain could no longer access that part of me that was not sleeping.
Ambien helps you to fall asleep but, like most sleeping pills, it has a tendency to make you sleep. You can still fall asleep on your phone, but it will take you longer to fall back asleep and you will be more likely to wake up during the night.
If you fall asleep on your phone and then you go to bed, your brain will go back to sleeping and you will not be able to sleep. It’s this cycle that makes it so difficult to really fall and stay asleep. In order to avoid this, you want to be as aware as possible of what you are doing so that your brain is not going into a sleep mode.
Sleep is a complicated thing. It’s a biological process that is regulated by a number of hormones, and as a result, it has a lot to do with your physiology. It is not a state that will last forever, but I think that if your brain can get the message that you are just now falling asleep, that is enough to wake you up. If we are truly experiencing a time loop, then the best way to get us to fall asleep is to do something that is not natural.
This is the only place where I have actually seen a sleep cycle where more than one person is in a semi-loop. And that is so sad. I find it hard to believe that there are even more people experiencing time loops than people already know about. There have been a number of people who have mentioned this to me, so I am not sure that it is just a thing that people are getting out of their system.
There is a good chance that the sleep cycle of people is just a coincidence. However, it might be true that there are two people or more who are not sleeping because of something else. So if you are having trouble falling asleep, then it is worth thinking of something else.
