Your body and mind can be on auto-pilot. You get up in the morning and are either anxious about the day ahead, or maybe you are just not hungry enough. Either way, your body is responding to the lack of food and you are not able to do anything about it. The body is telling you something, so you have to pay attention.
It’s true that your body is often on autopilot as it processes information and it is unable to do anything about the lack of food. But I think the reason why we feel so lethargic and sluggish is because when we’re not hungry, we’re not able to do anything about it. Your body is telling you something, but you’re not able to do anything about it.
Sometimes we feel we lack energy because food is too difficult to digest and we don’t have time to eat enough. But I think it’s more often the case that we feel lethargic because we don’t feel hungry. I remember having breakfast this morning and feeling fine. But I woke up at noon feeling like death. I don’t know if I was hungry, but I certainly wasn’t hungry.
A number of reasons have been given for why this happens, but in my experience the most common cause is over eating.
Another common cause is if you’ve been overworking and you don’t know how to properly nourish yourself. In the past I remember some of my friends saying that if they ate a lot of carbs it would make them feel better, whereas if they ate too much protein it would make them feel worse.
I wouldnt recommend eating any combination of carbs and protein at the same time because the end result is a stomach full of blood and diarrhea.
I have this friend who eats about 500 calories of carbs per day. So if thats what he eats, he will still be hungry at some point. With that said, I also have friends that I know eat about 300 calories of protein per day. If you eat a lot of protein it can really make your body work harder. I don’t recommend it, but I do think it can be good for your health if you think about it.
I have this friend that eats a lot of protein. He’s not a fan, but I believe it helps his health. I’ve even heard of people with low protein intake (and low carb intake) who are having a hard time keeping themselves alive, and that is the exact opposite of what you want to see. And that’s why I think a lot of people don’t know what to do with diarrhea. I recommend drinking a lot of water and eating like a normal person.
I think diarrhea is often misconstrued as a loss of appetite. But in fact, it is in fact a sign that your body is being poisoned by something it doesn’t know you’re eating. As far as I know, diarrhea is usually accompanied by a large volume of mucus coming out of the mouth. The mucus is not the poison, but it is definitely a symptom of the poison. The mucus can be as bad as a heart attack.
The mucus is usually the first sign of an infection and as such should be treated as such. And when it comes to diarrhea, yes, you should eat a lot of food. There are some foods that contain harmful toxins that can cause diarrhea, so be sure to eat them. The diarrhea is a sign of the toxin’s presence in the food. Be sure to drink plenty of water as well.
