I think of it as the ability to move your body in a way where you don’t have to constantly think about what you’re doing right now. I find this to be especially important for the way I work and the people I’m around. This is my favorite thing about it all.

For example, our program has us asking them how much they have to do at their job, what their highest and lowest priorities are, and then, the team leader takes a few minutes to sit down and create a goal setting process where they use a set of templates to help them identify what they need to accomplish so that their team stays focused.
The team leaders are our employees in the healthcare industry. The process we use is called “Patient Centricity,” where we ask them about what they need to accomplish in their area of work, and by asking them, we’re getting a sense of their priorities. We then use this information and create a goal setting process to help our team focus their work for the betterment of their company, and it’s been working extremely well for us.

For example, we have a few healthcare sales reps who are the best sales reps out there. Most of the time when I’m with them, I want to yell at them for being so lazy. But I can’t because their sales rep is the best sales rep out there, and we don’t want to lose him.
