While I am a firm believer in the power of meditation, I also understand that there are times when it isn’t in your best interest. At the end of the day, the stress, frustration, and anxiety that come from worrying can lead to something far worse than any side effects.

Some of the most serious side effects that I personally have seen are from the practice of mindfulness meditation.
