The problem with the most popular sequencing method for sequencing bacteria is that it’s not necessarily the most accurate method. NGS is highly accurate, but it’s also very expensive and time-consuming. Not to mention, it can lead to some very confusing results.
So where does this leave us? Well, I’d say this leaves us with at least one choice. As I’ve said many times before, sanger sequencing is the only way to really know if a given sequence is good or bad. With sanger sequencing, you don’t even have to worry about reading the DNA sequence.
The big problem with sanger sequencing is that it can lead to some very confusing results. For example, if a given sanger sequence is bad, this will lead to some very strange results. If your sequence is good and you dont have any of the bad variants, you will get the exact same results as the sequence in its original form.
That’s why there are so many different ways to sequence DNA. A very common sequence used by scientists is the one that begins with the A and Z’s in the DNA. If that’s your sequence, then you will get the exact same results as the original sequence. However, if the results are completely random, then you will not get the exact same sequence.
To make matters worse, one of the sequences I received from two different people was not the same as the original sequence I got. Because of this, I can only assume the person didn’t sequence themselves, they are just testing me.
I’m not sure if this is a problem with Sanger sequencing or a problem with me. Either way, I want to emphasize that if you are experiencing problems with your DNA sequence, it is not the end of the world. I am not going to tell you to go get a new kit, because it would be a waste of money. The point is, your DNA is NOT random, and you can only trust the scientists if you get the exact same results as they.
Not to mention that if you have a problem with your DNA sequence you should go and have them reset it to match the one that was created when you were conceived. Some people do this to fix a genetic defect, but it is not a one-handed way to fix your DNA. If you are having problems with your DNA sequence, you should get a professional DNA sequencer, or simply ask someone who does the work, to run a new DNA sequence through it.
The sequencing process is far from perfect, and it’s also very difficult to take the perfect DNA sequence back to your original body (which is why many people have done this). This is a very frustrating problem, and one that many people have had. There are a few solutions, but I have yet to find a better one. It would be great to have a solution like this in the first place.
