“Zimbabwe’s President Emmerson Mnangagwa has resigned as a result of the country’s deteriorating economic situation and the emergence of mass protests. Mnangagwa said that his resignation was a form of protest against the government’s failure to address the country’s economic problems.
The most important things in Zimbabwe are money, guns, and power. People want to be rich, powerful, and have their own personal army. Zimbabweans are already frustrated with the government and angry with the opposition, and now they are going to do all three at once by creating a new country. The countrys new constitution will be written when the president steps down.
On January 1st Zimbabwe will have a new constitution, and a new president will be sworn into office. The new Constitution will provide for separation of powers. President-elect Robert Mugabe will be the head of state, and a vice president will be nominated by each branch of government. The president will be allowed to be a bit more conservative in his appointments, and there’s also a clause that will give him the ability to appoint a woman as president if she doesn’t want to run for office.
The new constitution has been in the works for a long time, but this is the first time we’ve seen it actually happen. I guess it’s a sign of the times. While I’m not sure if the timing is good, I can’t see this guy doing anything stupid. Zimbabwe is a very young country and the constitution has only been approved for a little over a year.
The fact is that the government is making a big deal out of the appointment. Since the constitution has been approved, the Zimbabwean people have been given a choice. They can either vote for the new constitution or they can go to the polls. If they don’t vote, Zimbabwe will be run by its current chief executive, Robert Mugabe. If he wins, all bets are off on whether he will be able to appoint anybody as president.
The constitution was the main reason why I was so excited about a presidential election this year. I was hoping that the election would be a lot closer than it turned out to be. But I was disappointed. The election was scheduled for Saturday, but was postponed several times because of problems with the voting system. It was supposed to be on Saturday, but was postponed again when a massive earthquake shook the country. This time it was postponed until Tuesday.
I’m not trying to say this is good or bad, but it’s nothing to get excited about. That’s not even saying that it wasn’t a bit of a letdown, because it was. They should have been able to fix the election system before the vote, but the election itself was botched. The system that they were supposed to be using for this election had a major flaw.
What happened? Well, there was a vote, and the new government (one of the biggest parties in the country) lost. The election results are still pending, but the election system that was supposed to protect the vote was flawed. It’s a huge mess, but that’s not the point. The point is that the very system that was supposed to protect the vote was flawed. And that’s why they’re still trying to fix it.
The thing is, it is completely possible that the country could be set for a change. Zimbabwe, a once-great nation, has been a failed state for the last 30 years. The country is in a state of chaos, and nobody really expects the country to return to its former glory. But its not as likely that they will change the system. The country is a mess, but it has a new government, and that government is on its way.
So, how did Zimbabwe get so bad? Well, in the 1980s, the country was a vibrant and productive economy. Unfortunately, the country is currently on the brink of collapse, but it is possible that the government could return to a better place. I think this is something that could happen because Zimbabwe is heavily dependent on its exports of copper. The country depends on these exports very heavily and the government is desperate to find a way to rebuild the economy.
