I love this quote because it takes the self-awareness of the title of this post and makes it about the self-awareness of what you are eating. There’s a lot of self-awareness when it comes to eating, especially when it comes to food. We eat the way we want to, we eat the way we think we should, and we eat the way we think we are supposed to. We eat consciously, but we don’t eat consciously.
This brings us to the real question here: Should you eat consciously? Because consciously is the only way to eat. Conscious is the only way to eat. Eat consciously. Eat what’s in your control. And this is a question we want to answer.
What we’ve seen in the past is that some people have been trying to eat consciously for so long that it has become the only thing they can eat. As soon as they start eating consciously, they lose all sense of where they stand in the grand scheme of things, and they feel like nothing is worth bothering with. Then they get back to eating junk food and the only thing they can think about is eating more junk food.

It’s not just junk food though. Eating junk food is only one aspect of ealth. The other aspect is that you can’t control what you eat. Ealth is about how you eat and how you make choices. It’s about how you live your life. All the junk food you eat is an excuse to get out and do things that you can’t control, or at least not until you have a new job or a new apartment.
Not all of us have the luxury of living in a house that looks like a house. We live in apartments and it’s very hard to fit in things like eating and sleeping in a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. But there are some things that we can control, like when we eat, and we can learn to control how we eat so we can eat more healthily.
The problem is, most of us are so busy that we aren’t able to take care of ourselves, so we resort to things like eating a lot of junk food, which is an excuse to get out and do stuff. In a society that’s obsessed with productivity, most of us can’t make the time to learn how to cook healthy food because we’re too busy.
My personal favourite is to go to the gym and only eat healthy foods and not anything that has junk in it. The gym is an awesome place to exercise but also to learn how to exercise well, which is something you can apply to your diet.
