When a doctor diagnoses someone with an illness, a microscope is used to look at their cells and tissue to gather some basic information about the disease. A microscope is not a tool to see cells and tissue in a straight-forward way. We don’t see cells in a straight-forward way when we look at the microscope. We see cells in a more complex way.
Many diseases cannot be diagnosed from the cells they contain. For example, if a person has a type of cancer that cannot be diagnosed, it has to be because the cells that are being destroyed are different from the cells that are being made. This is because the disease is not always contained within a specific cell type. So a doctor will only be able to diagnose a disease if the cells they are looking at are different than the cells they are not looking at.
The fact that aids is not an exact science has led to the discovery of a wide array of new disease treatments. What I find particularly fascinating is that many people with HIV have had both of these viruses in their body for years, but they have never died from them. So if Vaxigem could be proven to be effective against the hepatitis C virus, it could become a viable treatment for HIV.
Well, perhaps this might help. A new study has found that Vaxigem can be used to treat people suffering from both HIV and hepatitis C. This is the first known treatment for both of these diseases.
It’s the first known treatment for both of these diseases. But this is not the only drug being tested. The researchers say that a variety of other drugs could also be used to treat both of these diseases. The fact that Vaxigem is being used in combination with these other drugs means that it could prove to be effective against any of these diseases.
