The reality is that our self image is a distorted version of who we are. It’s a reflection of our attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that are formed and shaped from within.
Self-image is what a person sees themselves as. It is an amalgamation of his or her internal representations of self and others that is created and maintained throughout the course of a person’s life. For instance: a young boy might have a distorted self image that he sees himself as a boy who likes his mother and wants to get his mother’s attention.
In reality, most people have a pretty stable self image that they see themselves as and this is why people tend to have stable relationships, good jobs, and good relationships with friends and family. However, many people tend to have a distorted self image because of a childhood trauma, a dysfunctional family, or a lack of self-confidence in some areas.
A distorted self image is a self-image that you have about yourself that you don’t like. Most people do not have a distorted self image but those who do are most likely to have an out-of-the-box self image that they see themselves as something they are not.
For many people, the distorted self image is caused by the trauma they suffered earlier in life. For example, having an abusive parent or a family member that is violent toward you can cause you to have a distorted self image. However, this is not always the case. Many people who have trauma in their pasts have a distorted self image because they are afraid of the future, they are afraid of how bad things are going to be in the future, or they are afraid of the past.
The distorted self image is different for everyone, so it’s important to understand it so that you can identify with it. The distorted self image is a very real thing. Many people who have a distorted self image do not have a good memory of the past and are afraid of the future. These people may be very self-aware because they have had good experiences and are very aware of their feelings and thoughts.
I don’t mean to imply that the distorted self image is caused by a lack of self-awareness. I mean it to be a reality that has to be accepted if one is to live a happy life. Those who have a distorted self image have little hope of a happy future. They believe they’re going to fail if they try to change their lives. They are unable to accept any of the changes that have happened in the past because they don’t know where they might go now.
It’s not that all those who have a distorted self image can’t accept change. It’s just that they have a need to believe they’re going to fail in the past because of their distorted self image. To change a life, you have to first accept where you are in your journey. If you can’t, then you have to accept that this was the only way you were going to get where you are now.
In a world where the most popular media and the least popular media are all sharing the same view of reality, it is easy to lose touch with reality. This is why we are constantly talking about self-awareness. We all have to face a variety of experiences in our lives that we struggle with.
If you are someone who is highly introspective and who is constantly struggling with a sense of self-awareness, then you are likely to have a distorted self-image. This can be both good and bad. Good because you can recognize and then accept where you are in your journey and where you want to go in this life to fulfill your destiny. Bad because you might also develop a distorted self-image about yourself due to your fears or feelings that you are not worthy of who you are.
