I’ve been walking around all day and every day and I have to call it a day. My feet have been so tired lately. I’m no longer walking as much as I used to but the bottom of my feet have ached, the heels are sore, my toes are getting burned, and my soles are starting to hurt as well. I feel like the pandemic is doing something to my body that I don’t entirely understand.
The good news is that wearing high heels isn’t as bad as it seems. In fact, you should be fine to wear a nice pair of heels at the office. The bad news is that wearing heels can cause serious injuries. And you don’t want to get hurt.
While the pandemic has been hard on your feet, it’s not the only thing. A study published in the American Society of Pyschiatrists journal revealed that people with diabetes are more likely to fall victim to a severe fall than those without the disease.
Its a well-known fact that people with diabetes can have amputations (usually the toe, but sometimes the big toe) that are not healed properly. This can lead to foot ulcers and amputations. And you dont want to get hurt.In fact, it is a known fact that those with diabetes are more likely to fall victim to a severe fall than those without the disease. And you dont want to get hurt.
The first step in preventing this is to stop your foot from ulcerating. This is possible with a simple diabetic foot care program. We recommend the same. For a more comprehensive diabetic foot solution visit www.diabeticsolution.
I cant stress enough how important it is to take care of your feet. It’s no longer that long ago we were on a mission to find a cure for diabetes. In 2009, we found a drug that allowed us to keep a person with diabetes alive. Today, the drug is called insulin and it allows a person who is diabetic using insulin to live without the need for a machine. It is completely safe.
It is important to check your feet regularly for signs of skin damage, infection, and the beginnings of diabetic neuropathy. Also, be sure to keep your feet clean by rinsing them frequently with a mild antibacterial soap. And keep your shoes clean and dry.
According to the Centers for Disease Control, about 20 million people in America have diabetes, and it is expected to increase to 40 million by 2020. Diabetes is the most common cause of blindness, kidney failure, amputations, heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, and blindness among people aged 20 to 79. Even though diabetes is so common, we can’t afford for it to get worse. We can’t afford to ignore it. So we’re working hard to help our communities and patients fight it.
And we’re going to do a lot of it. We’re starting with a free shoe-cleaning service that will go to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. A team of volunteers in every state are going to be helping people clean their feet, and even the elderly, to keep their feet healthy. We’ll have three days of free shoe-cleaning from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the 26th.
What? You are going to clean your feet? Really? I don’t understand.
