As a result of our unique history, unique geography, and unique people, our news is often different than the news we read around the world. So we’re going to try to be a little more thoughtful in our news coverage. We will highlight news events specific to Africas history, geography, and people.
As of the time of writing this article, Africas President is a woman, and her name is Catherine Ouko. We didn’t know her long before the news broke, so we felt we couldn’t report her name without being controversial. But we’ll report it anyway.
She is a member of the first black woman to be elected to a US Federal Cabinet in the history of the United States. This makes her one of the first African-American women in the history of the United States.
We have no idea why, but she was reportedly assassinated by a former member of the Black Panther Party. We can only speculate the same thing happened to Black Panther Party’s leader Fred Hampton, who was assassinated in 1989.
At any rate, the case of the black woman who assassinated the head of the Black Panther Party and was a member of the first black woman appointed to a United States federal cabinet makes me think there are some things in life that are just not worth the fuss.
What’s the fuss? People want to talk about things in Africa that are happening to black people, but that’s not what this is about. This is about the fact that black people are not only being murdered and even assassinated by people who were once associated with the black Panthers, but they are also being murdered by people who were once associated with the black Panthers. That is the way of the world.
The latest story involving black people being killed by people who were once associated with the black Panthers is the case of Michael Brown, a black teen killed in the back of a police car in Ferguson, Missouri. This is another of those cases where the media is covering the event in a way that tries to make it seem like there was a civil rights protest, and that is not what happened.
The facts are that Michael Brown was shot three times, and that he died from those bullets. Witnesses and autopsy reports say he was killed by a cop who was then shot by another cop.
That is not what happened, nor is it what anyone is trying to make it seem. The case of Michael Brown was a tragic one, but we have to remember that we live in a society that is all too often the victim of injustice. The police are out there in a world of guns that are allowed to kill, and if they kill someone, it is still a tragedy that no one is talking about it.
