For the past few weeks, I have been battling a kidney disease. This has been one of the hardest battles I have ever been involved in. I have had to take off work to visit my doctor, which has been extremely stressful. This caused me to lose a lot of sleep, and I had to be up for work. I also had to miss a lot of fun stuff because I was on my feet for the past few weeks.
It’s been a tough battle for me, so I want to share my advice. If you are suffering from kidney disease, the best thing you can do is eat a lot of real food. This will enable you to keep your kidneys strong, and you will not have any issues with your kidneys or blood pressure. For the best kidney health and kidney function, you should start eating a diet that is higher in protein, especially animal products.
This is a great tip. Animal protein makes your kidneys stronger, so that is what I recommend and its also what I like to eat. Eating animal product is also good for your brain, and your kidneys are the best place to do this.
A lot of people use baking soda to scrub their knives (and for this reason I use it for all my cutting) and I use it in all my cooking and baking. It’s also great for your kidneys, but also because it makes your food more digestible.
In fact, I drink the green stuff. I don’t like red or blue. It makes me feel dizzy and sick.
There’s a few reasons why I don’t like red or blue. First off, it makes my stomach a bit rumbling and makes me feel sorta sick. Second, it’s in the way of digestion. To make things simple, we need to get the idea across that blue and red are “opposite colors” and so digestion is what takes place when we eat them.
The same goes for baking soda. Its an alkaline substance and so it makes our food more digestible. It has the same effect on digestion for us.
It makes sense. Baking soda is great for making sure that our food is digested and makes our body feel better. It also makes sure our digestive tract stops working so we don’t have to deal with indigestion.
I do not know about you, but I do not get indigestion from food that is so fresh it hasn’t had time to mold. I get it from food that isn’t perfectly cooked.I’m not saying you cannot eat it, but you certainly can’t eat it with a whole bunch of artificial preservatives in it.
Baking soda is a good anti-candida and anti-yeast, and if you want to add it to your diet, its an excellent one to try out. As a side note, it can also be used to clean up your digestive tract after a bowel movement.
