My husband and I have been married for nearly 4 years now. We have made a lot of great progress in the area of communication, but we still have a lot to do to make more of it. One particular area that has been a struggle is with our fear of flying. One way that we thought would help was to go to the movies and have the popcorn fly up in the air while we were watching.
That’s not exactly exactly what happened though, and in fact, you might be glad to know that this was not a plane or airplane we were watching flying in the background. You see, the movies were playing in a theater that was in a very high room, and that is where the popcorn flew up into the air. Well, apparently, someone had gone to the theater, and the popcorn was flying in the air a good 8 feet high above the seats.
In any case, its worth noting that the popcorn flew up into the air 8 feet high and almost hit the ceiling, because when the theater was closing, the movie theater had to close for cleaning and so the popcorn was flying up into the air again.

Agoraphobia is quite common. It’s something that’s most often noticed during sleep. I know I am one of the unlucky ones who wake up at night and have to be rescued by the help of my brother. I have many similar scenarios in my head, although to be honest I don’t often think about how I was stuck in my chair. In a lot of ways I was stuck because I wasn’t aware that I was in my chair.
