This location is a rare find because of the neighborhood it’s located in. It’s well-located, with the only reason we didn’t choose it is because of it’s location. This home was my first choice because it was close enough to the subway, and I loved the location of the home.

The building was purchased by a family that lived in the building for about 50 years, but the building itself went through a lot of renovations over the years. In 2009, the building was sold to a new owner who renovated the interior of the building including replacing the floor plan with a more modern feel.
