My friends and I are so excited to be participating in the Zonegran Weight Loss Challenge. We’ve taken our own health as our focus. We wanted to take this challenge to the next level by trying to be as lean as possible for a whole month. We’re proud to say that we’ve managed to lose a total of 22 lbs by the end of our challenge.
Zonegran is a very low fat/low calorie diet, which means that you have to consume about the same amount of calories as you do when you eat normal, healthy foods. The goal of the Zonegran Challenge is to reduce your caloric intake by 20%. This means you can eat less to lose weight, but you can also eat more to gain weight. Our challenge was to go as lean as possible for 7 days, and that is what we’ve managed to do.
We started Zonegran in February and we feel like weve definitely done as much as we can to lose weight. We are on day 4 and weve already lost 15 lbs. (that is a lot for you guys to lose) and are only 3 days to go.
We all do cardio like crazy, but Zonegran seems to be more about losing weight than doing cardio. A few weeks ago I did a Zonegran Challenge. I took more than 1,000 calories and lost almost ten pounds. It was almost as hard as I thought it would be. I had to go into the bathroom every five minutes (which I usually do when I am feeling really hungry), and I would eat whatever I wanted, but I was getting hungry a lot and I would eat so much that I would often be hungry for an hour straight, even when I did not feel hungry.
I can’t blame my fat for this, but I’d like to. I think it is because I am eating much too much, but I think it is because I am thinking too much about food. I spend a lot of time thinking about food, and I often think about food in a way that makes me want to eat it. I am a very calorie-conscious person, so these thoughts of food make me want to eat more of it and lose weight.
Zonegran is a diet program that suggests eating just under 2,000 calories a day, and the goal is to lose weight. In their new story trailer, we see a woman who has lost over fifty pounds, doing the Zonegran diet. I think that is amazing. I think she is just a beautiful woman who is so full of life and energy, and I love how she lives the life cycle of a woman. I think this is what life is like.
