Sometimes, pain and discomfort are just a warning that you are not what you thought you were. You are not a whole person or that you are not good at any of the things that you love to do. Often, when you feel pain and discomfort, it is because something is wrong with your body. This is especially true if you are ill or you have an injury or a medical problem.
