why do i cross my legs when i sleep? A friend once said she was in the middle of a conversation and suddenly her phone went off. “What the hell is that?” she thought.
And the phone was a text from a friend. She was asleep. And she was in the middle of a conversation. So why in hell did she cross her legs in the middle of the conversation when she was supposed to be sleeping? That’s what I’m wondering.
It turns out that this isn’t the only time of day that you have a problem sleeping. The problem is that you cross your legs when you sleep. Because you cross your legs when you sleep, you’re in a position where you can’t use your legs at all. Your feet are still resting in the same place, which makes it impossible for you to move through your body or feel any movement.
This is probably a problem that most of us have. It’s just like when you’re walking, your weight is resting on your feet. You can’t move your legs while your weight is resting on your feet. If you really want to, you can move your legs, but you don’t because you have to hold your legs in the same place.
The issue with sitting in a chair for long periods of time is that you have to hold your legs in the same place. If you sit on the edge of a chair in a public place (e.g. a train station) you cant even move your legs. The same applies to any prolonged sitting in a seat.
Your legs go cross your body. Why do that? Because you are on your toes. The same applies if you are asleep in bed. You cant move your feet while you are resting on your hands or knees, unless you sleep on your side or face up, and then you can move your feet. You can sleep with your legs crossed however you like, but the cross is there, for a reason.
It’s a bit more complex than that. Sleep is not a state of being. It’s an entire body state that involves movements of all four limbs and muscles, but it’s a combination of all these movements that creates a state of consciousness. If you wake up and find your legs crossed, you are in a cross-legged state, in a state of being. If you wake up and find your arms crossed, you are in a state of being.
You can also cross your arms, but its not a state of being. It is your body in motion. So you could be in the middle of a cross-legged-state, but you could also be in the middle of a state of being.
This is a nice example because it speaks of the fact that our bodies are in a constant state of motion. There’s an image of a person walking in a forest, and in that image, they’re in a state of being, but there’s also an image of a person crossing their legs in the middle of a forest for no reason. This is a clear example of the fact that we’re always in motion. This is the state of being.
The act of crossing your legs in the middle of the forest is the movement of our body moving. This is not the same as walking, which is a conscious movement. In the forest, our body is still in a state of being. In the forest, we are still in a state of being.
