A med bed is a comfortable place to sleep at home. Most of us have had the experience of just walking around the house in the dark, but it can be incredibly comfortable and relaxing to sleep in a comfy bed in your own home.
It can be a little hard to know when your bed is ready for you to sleep in. You might find your bed is too narrow or uncomfortable, so you have to sleep elsewhere on occasion. In a home without a fireplace, it’s easy to let the heat from the home’s fire go cold. Likewise, in a home without a bathroom, you might be too tired to take a cold shower. It’s up to you to set things right.
Med beds are designed to be easy to use. The bed, and the mattress are specifically designed to meet the needs of the user. Some people like to use the bed to “sleep on,” but the reason you will sleep on a mattress will vary. You might sleep on it because you have a sore back, or you think your bed will be too hard. It’s also possible that you’re used to sleeping on a hard mattress and you might enjoy sleeping on one that is softer.
Med beds are designed to be comfortable to sleep on, so you should only take them if you think they’ll be helpful.
I have had several times where a friend of mine slept on a mattress that was too hard for him, and I have had him tell me that he hates the mattress, and that he wants to take the bed somewhere else, but he can’t. The reason why is when youre sleeping on a mattress, you are not as likely to fall asleep as if you were on a soft mattress. If you’re not comfortable in your bed, you’ll fall asleep quicker and wake up feeling better.
There is also the theory that you’ve slept on a med bed if you don’t wake up in the morning. But this is debatable. I have often woke up from a night of sleep on a med bed, but I am quite sure that I didn’t sleep on a med bed. And if you can convince yourself that you slept on a med bed, you can be pretty sure that you didn’t.
The theory is that you get the best sleep on a med bed when you wake up knowing youre not going to be in an accident. This is what the med-bed theory says. I have never really worked this theory out in practice. Ive slept on a med bed once. I was probably just too tired to fall asleep in that bed or something.
Well, I have. Twice. I woke up and realized I had woken up in the middle of the night and it wasn’t a dream. And it wasn’t a dream in which I’d woken up in a strange bed. I just woke up in the middle of the night in a strange bed.
I think its more than just the bed. I think it’s that the person is not in an accident but it is in the middle of a med-bed time-loop. The person is in a time-loop, because theyre not in an accident. Its not in a bed because of the accident, it’s because of the time loop. It’s an interesting concept.
Med-bed time-loops are different than other, more permanent bedtime loops. Like a real bedtime loop, someone in the loop will wake up in the middle of the night and experience the entire cycle again. Med-bed time-loops are also more complicated because you can’t just get in the loop and go back to sleep. Instead, you have to be in the loop and then have to have an awakening in the middle of the loop.
