Although I don’t have any evidence to support it, the three most common causes of upper back pain (neck, lower back, and shoulders) are all common causes of pain. My suggestion is to start with the neck, work your way up, and address the shoulders first.
We all know that the best thing to do after a cold or flu is to take a hot shower. But in the case of upper back pain, it might be wise to consider a hot tub. It’s not recommended to soak your entire upper back, but what it does is reduce the pressure on the discs in your neck and shoulders. The idea is that if you get into a hot tub, the heat will help keep the water off your soft tissue and cause more pain to go away.
As I said, hot tubs reduce pressure on your soft tissue and help alleviate lower back pain. But I should point out that the hot tubs are not recommended to use to soak your entire upper back. Upper back and neck pain are very likely to be caused by stress on your soft tissue. It’s very likely that your neck or shoulders are the first and most affected part of your body.
It makes sense that a hot tub would be a good idea for someone with upper back pain, but as it turns out, not as good as it sounds. The way I feel right now with the heat is almost exactly the same as when my wife and I were in our hot tub. It’s just that it’s a lot harder to keep it going.
A few points: Hot tubs are great for people with neck and shoulder pain, but they are not great for every person. Some people feel that the water is too hot, and some people are very hot during the process of soaking. If you’re in a lot of pain, and the water is too hot, you’re probably not going to be able to sit in it for very long.
The other thing to keep in mind is that when youre in the hot tub, youre doing it a LOT. If you feel your neck, shoulder, or back pain, its probably the water. If you get into a lot of hot water, then the water is probably not the problem, but it could easily be the cause of the problem.
You may want to put a hot tub in your pool, too. It makes a great spot to soak in the pool, where you can get comfortable and enjoy the warm water. Just make sure you have the proper safety measures in place.
I don’t know about you, but I usually don’t do much more than sit in my hot tub with my legs in the water. There’s only one way to really know for sure though. Take a look inside your cool pool water. You should notice a big, dark pool in the bottom. It looks like it was made up of ice and you might find a little greenish-brown goo in the pool.
I see some of my readers are still trying to figure out what is happening in this video. Is it some sort of new trend of people having a hard time sitting? Does it mean that it is a new type of infection? Or is it just an old video that is really just being re-edited? Because the video looks like it was produced during the pandemic. It also looks like the camera is rolling with a close-up on the part where the person is getting the virus.
