I have been in my office for over a year and a half now and I am still working at the counter. I never get up and check my email on my phone while I work though so it is really distracting. My office chair has some type of work counter on it so it is easy for me to sit and work when I’m working on my computer. Plus, the counter is a really good place to put my feet. I feel as if I am at work all the time.
I’m sure a lot of people would agree that sitting on a stool at a work counter is good for your feet, but it is also good for your back. When you’ve been sitting for so long that your shoulders are starting to ache and your back feels like someone has jammed a pin in it, it’s the perfect place to sit and work and not feel like you are sitting at a counter all day.
I can’t tell you that you have to go far away to get a great view of the stars, but I can tell you that standing and sitting on a stool is good for your feet. I know that’s a very vague statement, and there are a lot of factors that come into play when it comes to the health of your feet. You can probably work out the best way to prevent them from giving out by wearing shoes a little bit wider than your normal shoes.

Walking, in and of itself, actually has many benefits. It helps in toning the muscles in your feet, which in turn, helps you to walk long distances more efficiently. It also improves your walking speed, which means you can get more work done each day. It is also a great stress management tool. It also helps you to burn calories and to burn fat.
I am not a gym rat. I never been. I mean, I know a bit about yoga. I’m not sure if I could ever do the same in a gym. But I do know that if I had to choose between a gym and the benefits of sitting, I would choose the latter. Sitting for me, I love it.
