I first stumbled across the idea of the thorax journal in a book, so I have been using this journal for the past few years. Many of my writing projects are based on a specific idea or theme. I tend to focus on the different levels of self-awareness and how I can shift awareness in order to be more aware of my thoughts, feelings, and actions.

I find this concept fascinating, and I love the idea of being able to see myself into the future. It’s just that I’ve never used it before, and I wonder how well it works.
