I have always tried to stay healthy. When I was younger, I was a bit of a hermit. I went through phases of eating whatever I wanted, when I wanted, and whenever I wanted. When I was younger, I would go into my mom’s closet and pull out the same outfit every day with just a small handful of change.
I don’t want to scare you, but, if you’re overweight, you will not survive in our world. In fact, you will die. If you are severely overweight, you will die. A fat person is a death threat to everyone around you.

That sounds pretty serious, yes? Well, it is. But the fact is that when you gain weight and you don’t eat that weight, you become lethargic, cranky, and more likely to get sick. You start to lose your muscle mass, and that makes you less efficient at everything. This means that you also become more vulnerable to viruses and bacteria, which makes you more susceptible to diseases.
People who have a weight problem are just like everyone else. Most of us are just trying to eat, and eat, and eat. When you gain weight, it’s usually from eating junk food, and the longer you’re dieting, the more you have to eat, and the more you gain. If you don’t eat enough calories, you’re going to gain weight faster.
It is true that one of the problems of losing weight is that you have to eat much more than you used to. However, that doesn’t mean that you should try to eat a lot more. Most people, and most of us, make their mistakes in moderation. Too much has a bad effect on our health, and eating a lot more than we should is not a good way to try to lose weight.

One of the worst things we can do is to eat just enough to get our insulin levels low, and then eat more than we should after doing that to try to lose weight. So the key to controlling our blood sugar levels is to restrict these spikes.
This is something most people really struggle with with their diet. Even if you’re not thin, you know that you can’t eat too much and you just won’t be satisfied. You’ll always be hungry, and we all know that feeling.
