Slow colon transit is the phenomenon of bowel movements lasting longer than usual. This is typically due to people feeling stressed, tired, or emotionally exhausted.
It’s not a medical condition, but you can find out more info about it in our article on how to deal with it. Some people also report that it can affect their bowel movements when they’re anxious or worried.
I have to admit, I found this explanation quite interesting. The idea that stress or anxiety causes the bowel to be a bit slower to move is certainly a good one. The colon is the main digestive organ, so it has to move through the digestive tract at a fairly slow pace to digest everything that’s in it. That means that it’s probably taking about 10-15 seconds for the bowel to move through it.
There is a scientific explanation for this. It’s called “slow colon transit,” and it describes a phenomenon where someone who has an existing abdominal problem (such as a hernia) can have a slower colon transit than someone without the condition. I’ve read that this is also a cause of stress and anxiety.
This is what we need to look for in our new construction home paint. We don’t want it to be a slow colon transit. That’s not what we want it to do.
Slow colon transit is when the bowel is moving at a much slower rate of speed than normal. This is what we want it to do. If it were faster, then we would have some serious issues.
I know this is a tricky one for me because I do have a hernia, but I don’t think that’s the cause of the slow transit. In fact, I think a hernia is probably the main cause of slow colon transit.
So, since hernia isn’t the cause, I’ve always wondered if it was related to slow colon transit. Because the colon does move slower than normal, this means that there’s a space in the colon where the bowel is moving at the normal rate. This is when the bowel is moving at a faster rate than normal, and this is when a hernia is probably forming.
This is a great example of how the colon and hernia can be the same thing. If your colon is moving slower than normal, then that means you have a hernia in that area. Even if your colon is moving faster than normal, that means you have a hernia in that area. And if your hernia is forming in that area, then that means you have a colon hernia.
