This romaine salad is one of the best ways I can get creative with summer’s produce. Its fresh, hearty, and crunchy texture makes it easy to use as a side dish for my salads, or even a main course with grilled fish.
It is a good thing to remember too, because I always like to eat salad with some kind of oil. If you’re not eating it right away, or if you’re going to be eating it for a long time, you might want to put some olive oil in a bowl and go to town. The olive oil in this salad really helps to cut down on the amount of fat in your diet.
I love this salad. In fact, I think I could eat this salad almost every day if I didn’t have to work out! As I wrote about in my post about creating a cheat sheet, there are certain foods that are good for you to add to your diet, or even avoid completely, depending on your goals.
I’ve used the word “cheat sheet” a lot in my posts to help you avoid some of the most common bad habits. One of my favorite cheat sheets for food is “the cheat sheet”. I wrote it because I had a hard time finding anything I could count on to be totally safe when preparing foods for myself.
The good news is that there are many foods that are safe for most people, but there are also some that are more dangerous than others. I’m a fan of reading labels and sticking to the ones that tell you what’s in your food. I also think that you should always be in control of what goes into your body while you’re eating it.
I’ve read quite a few labels and found a few that were too confusing. For example, “sushi” is not fish. It’s the product of a sea creature that lives in the ocean. “Seafood” usually means “fish” but in this case it’s a generic term and many people use this for any kind of fish.
Many of the ingredients on our menu are plant based, but that doesn’t mean they’re safe to eat. The reason fish is considered a plant is because we eat sea life that is derived from it.
One of my favorite labels to read is the “Safe to Eat” sign. These are the type of labels that are a little more in depth to tell you what an item is made with. A lot of the ingredients on our menu are not fish so we can’t all eat it but there are still a lot of items on our menu that are a little more specific than “safe to eat.
The ingredients on our menu are also plant based. Our menu also lists a couple of those plant based ingredients that are animal derived. Some of them are really dangerous though. My favorite, though, is the leafy green stuff. It has a lot of caffeine, and it is extremely strong. I have yet to drink it in a while, but I cant help myself.
We have a couple of plant based ingredients on our menu that are animal derived, as well. The first is a green leafy plant with leaves that you can eat. It’s called romaine lettuce. It’s really good, and it has a lot of calories, but it’s not really dangerous. The second plant based ingredient is the “lollipop plant”, which we also have on our menu.
