Many times I have read people complaining about having to pay for medical treatment, but I have never seen anyone actually do anything about it. Unfortunately, for those of us who are not quite as fortunate, there are a few things that can help a lot.

These steps can help make a lot of the symptoms less severe, so that you can actually enjoy life a little more. You can start with taking a good look at your overall health. Are you eating properly? Are you sleeping enough? Do you have enough exercise? If you have a chronic condition, you might be better off seeing your doctor regularly.
If you are suffering from chronic health issues, you should see your doctor at least every three months. A lot of people who suffer from chronic diseases are so focused on eating, sleeping, and exercising that they are missing out on their own health. And as I said, if you have a chronic condition, a lot of them are so focused on the medical aspects of their condition, they don’t make time to fix other aspects of their lives.
I’ve had several friends come to me with chronic health issues and were so focused on their weight, they didn’t realize that they were getting their blood levels of glucose, insulin, cholesterol, and other stuff all wrong. In my experience, chronic health issues start with a person who is eating wrong, sleeping wrong, or exercising wrong. It takes a long time for the system to adjust to change and then it can take a long time for the new habits to be established.
For a long time, I was convinced that quincke’s disease was a side-effect of some bad diet. I even thought that it was a symptom of some sort of liver problem. When I got my blood sugar checked, I found out that quincke’s was a symptom of some other underlying problem that had nothing to do with the diet.
People with this condition are supposed to have a constant “hunger” which, if not dealt with, can eventually lead to brain damage. It’s why people with diabetes can get into trouble with both diabetes and heart disease, and even schizophrenia can lead to diabetes.
What you have is a disease. You need to eat. You can’t avoid the reality of it, but you can learn to live with it. It’s actually very easy to learn. The hardest part is dealing with it. You need to learn to deal with it, and that takes time. But if you dont, then you’re just living your life with a disease. And that’s kind of what quinckes disease is all about.
