After years of suffering from gas, I finally decided to take action. In an effort to avoid gas and flatulence in the future, I decided to start taking probiotics to help with digestion. The idea was that by taking these foods, I would rid myself of these “gas” producing bacteria and then my flatulence would go away. I didn’t have to do it though. The gas went away.
So now, for the first time in my life, I feel like I can do something about the way my body makes itself feel. I feel good, and the gas has gone away.
I know that I’m probably on to something with the flatulence thing, but I’m not sure I believe it. But I’m willing to give it a shot. I’ve heard that the benefits are not as strong as they seem, but I’ll give it a shot. I have to say, I’m getting more comfortable with this whole flatulence thing.
In the past I have noticed that flatulence has a funny way of making us feel and look bloated. One of my favorite things to do is to take a whiff of my flatulence and follow it with a spoonful of ketchup. Its like a little bit of the cheese has been left behind in my stomach. A little dab of ketchup makes me feel like a million bucks. But when I do it right, the gas goes away quite quickly.
I’ve had this same experience with my mom. She is a master at “doing the stink.” She’d say, “I need you to drink some of my flatulence right now.” When I wouldn’t, she’d say, “Well, I’m sure it’s going to be right around the corner.” She was always a little bit cranky that I didn’t drink her flatulence, and for a while after that I had to drink it alone.
It’s very common for flatulence to occur while eating. When someone first starts eating, flatulence tends to occur a few times. It disappears pretty quickly once the person eats. To counter the negative effects of drinking, you can try using probiotics to help clean out your intestines. The good news is that many foods like yogurt, cheese, and sour cream contain probiotics.
Probiotics, an excellent way to clean out your system, actually contain the same strain of bacteria that causes flatulence. The two main types of probiotics are: “good” probiotics (like those in yogurt) and “bad” probiotics (like those in sour cream). The “bad” probiotics, on the other hand, are only beneficial when taken in small amounts, so you should take them as long as you need them.
Unfortunately, some people are allergic to probiotics, so if you have a problem with flatulence, you probably need to avoid them. Luckily, probiotics are still available in plenty of other foods, so you can still enjoy the benefits without the hassle of making sure you eat the right things.
I know this because I have a friend who is allergic to dairy. So I’m not sure whether he gets a good or bad probiotic every time he goes to eat yogurt, but he is definitely allergic to it. I had a friend ask me if I’d ever heard of probiotics. I told her that I knew of probiotics, but I hadn’t heard of the stuff they give when you take them.
Probiotics are a great alternative to dairy. Many people are sensitive to dairy, so probiotics can be a good alternative if you don’t have the option of avoiding it.
