Our goal in probiotics is to make sure that when we eat them, we have healthy bacteria living in our bodies. There is a lot of good, natural, and organic probiotics out there, but there are also lots of products that are full of chemicals. Chemicals are a problem because they are usually not natural. That doesn’t mean they are bad, just that we should be aware that they are not as healthy as we think.

The problem was that after only a few weeks she developed a bad diarrhea and started to feel nauseous.
