For the last few months, I have been living in New Delhi, India and working in the IT sector for over a year. I have been fortunate enough to be able to live in a diverse city with the opportunity to learn and explore. From traveling to the city, to studying and working, I have been able to make some wonderful friends.
I have been fortunate enough to have stayed in one city for so long that I have become a citizen of another country. From work, to traveling, to studying, to living, I have made some wonderful friends.
I am glad to be able to share my life in the city where I live with so many people from various backgrounds. I wish everybody a wonderful night, and a wonderful future.
The news this week in the city of Pune is about the rising violence in the city and the ongoing protests against the death penalty. Pune is known as one of the most violent cities in India, and I’m sure people in the city are aware of the fact that a man has been killed for killing a woman in the city last week. The protests are against the death penalty in India. People have been taken to prison and tortured.
The news being reported in India is that the Indian state of Maharashtra has been found guilty of torturing a young man to death in prison. The man’s father has filed a case against the state government for this, and is demanding that the state and the police start an investigation into the case. The man’s father died while in custody, and the man’s sister’s family has filed a case as well.

India is in a very bad place when it comes to torture. It has the highest homicide rate but no one is really willing to start investigating it. If someone was capable of actually torturing a young man to death, the Indian government would have to start investigating it.
I wish we lived in a country like India because it would be a perfect place to be for torture. However, it’s not like there are no laws on the books prohibiting torture. The Indian Penal Code, for example, prohibits torture and other cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment of prisoners. If a man is tortured to death in prison, the punishment is to be hanged. That’s what happens in India.
Sadly, the Indian government has been known to torture people. Thats why they had to start investigating it. The fact that it was in the news is probably because of the number of people who were tortured. I think there are many other torture methods that would have been reported to the authorities as torture or worse. A person would be charged with torture if they were caught doing it, since it is a crime.
