I’ve had allergy symptoms for many years and now I’m allergic to cats and dogs. I still have them, but these days I only scratch them a couple of times a year just to make sure. One of the worst things I can do is scratch in the middle of a meal when I’m about to eat something that could easily be my favorite comfort food.
That said, a few days back, I was going to get a new dog named Jack. I tried to get Jack the day before he was due, but I ended up not being able to because of a blood test. The blood test was the reason I had to scratch my dog.
It turns out that I have an allergy to cats, which is why I scratched Jack. The allergy is actually less serious than the scratch, because it is a chronic problem that affects my brain more than the part of my body that actually scratches. The test itself was fairly simple. I took a blood sample from the spot where I scratched and analyzed it. The result was pretty cool, because it said I had the allergy.
So I now have a new name: “Allergic Jack”.
Apparently, cats don’t just scratch your eyes. You have to take them to the vet to prove it. I mean, I know how serious a scratch can be. It’s just that if I scratch a lot, my eyes will get a little itchy. It’s not something I want to do. I guess I can’t use a cat as a test to prove I have the allergy.
It turns out that cats don’t scratch eyes. It’s actually the other way around, that your eyes will get a little itchy after a scratch. So you have to take your cat to the vet to prove it. So I guess I had a cat scratch my eyes, which is a good sign my eyes do react to scratches.
After a cat scratch, your cat is probably allergic to cat scratch-cide. If you have a cat, it may be the only reason you’re allergic.
This is not a new story. A lot of people have been saying that cats shouldn’t be pets, and I guess this is one of those stories. Because cats that are allergic to cat scratch-cide are usually allergic to cat scratch-cide and other cat allergies and may not be able to scratch your eyes out.
The answer is, no. Cats that are allergic to cat scratch-cide may not be able to scratch your eyes out. That may be true, but it’s not a reason to avoid cats.
This could be a reason to stay away from cats, but I think its a good reason to avoid people and pets. Because when cats scratch you, it hurts. I know this because I have severe allergies to cat scratch-cide, and I have a severe allergy to eye-stinging poison ivy. If I scratch your eyes out, it hurts. So I do not have the right to be a jerk to you in the comments.
