When we examine our own brains, we’ll find that not all of us are the same. Some have more of a mind for self-analysis and self-improvement, others have a mind that thinks more about itself and self-awareness, and others just have a strong belief in their own uniqueness.

A single gene can make a person highly self-aware or highly self-critical or highly self-motivated, and this is usually not inherited. But a very large percentage of people are born with a unique combination of genes that makes them a “good” or “bad” brain.
