This is a common and very uncomfortable occurrence for us to have to deal with throughout the day. Usually we can avoid this by relaxing, walking around a bit or even talking to someone about it.
The problem is it’s not always easy to tell if it’s the body’s own body movement or something else. Some days the body feels as if it’s “on” and that’s okay, but then it’s off again the next day which is worse, because it means it’s “on” and then off again again again.
The worst part of the problem, and what it means for the future of our movement, is that this may be a product of the way we eat, our lack of physical activity or even our lack of sleep. For instance, some people who are overweight or lazy eat a lot of fast food but then they’re too tired to exercise to the point of having a hard time exercising. This is when you’ll start to get light headed and weak legs.
This may be the source of many other issues within our movement. Since we all have our own excuses (ex. I have to get to work) and our own ways of dealing with fatigue, it’s easy to lose track of the fact that we’re all tired. We eat too much, and we don’t exercise enough. This is one of the reasons why we see so many people who take the same advice or the same cure to their problem.
One solution for lightheadedness and weak legs is exercise. Not all exercise should be strenuous and full of weight. But it is important to get your body moving, especially if you have a chronic health condition. When you exercise, you improve your blood flow, and this helps your muscles to be stronger. It helps your heart and lungs to pump harder. It helps your brain to improve. Many people who have chronic health conditions can get better with regular exercise.
If you have a condition that is not only lightheaded, but also weak legs, you might be better off doing a little bit more exercise. But if you have a chronic condition and can’t keep up with your normal exercise routine, you might want to take a break.
The term exercise, especially heavy-intensity exercise, is a loaded one. Many people who have some sort of chronic health condition cannot exercise at all. If you cant exercise at all, you might find it helpful to use light-intensity exercise to get the blood flowing again. A little light-intensity exercise can do wonders for your lungs.
Like most people, I cannot get enough of light-intensity running. I love the way it makes me feel. I love the way I feel when I ride a bike. I love the way I feel when I have the chance to take a really long run with my dog. I love the way I feel when I stand in front of a mirror, and I love that I can feel my muscles working and my mind going.
There is a long list of benefits to light-intensity exercise like this. I get the most out of the muscles I worked out and the organs I’ve rebuilt by using light-intensity exercise to get the blood flowing again. I get more oxygen than I would be able to get if I just ran really hard. I get more oxygen than I get from just walking or sitting still. I can feel my heart rate increasing. I can feel my blood circulation increasing.
I’m not sure what those benefits are, but they’re definitely good. It’s like a light-intensity workout is like a warm shower for the body. It makes you feel like you have more energy or you have more endurance. It makes you feel good about yourself and helps you stay motivated.
