I know what you are thinking.
The holidays are for the most part a time of joy and good cheer, it’s just that not all that much of it is spent in the kitchen.
I know what you are thinking, and I totally get it. I am a food-ie. I love the food that is served during the holidays. That is why I made this video and this blog; to share my love of delicious, healthy food with everyone.
But that doesn’t mean that there aren’t going to be foods that get your dinner table wrecked. That’s why i’ve put together a list of the foods that will bring holiday meals to a complete standstill.
I know how you all feel. My mom used to bring my brother and me to the grocery store before Christmas and we would spend hours at the store trying to get the best deals on these fancy foods. We would get sick to our stomachs. Then we would go to our nearest restaurant and sit down, and we would get the sickest food that my mom had ever prepared for us. We all loved it. But then it would happen.
If you find yourself at a holiday party and you want to eat a meal that tastes pretty decent, you’re going to be in for a rude awakening. Holiday food poisoning is pretty much known, and it is an infection that affects most people between January and March of each year. But as I said, its known and its pretty bad. The best way to prevent it is to avoid anything that is raw or undercooked.
Holiday food poisoning is a serious problem that can be avoided with knowledge. If you have any questions about how to prevent food poisoning, here are a few things you might want to know.
The first thing to remember is that you should always cook with hot water and not cold. If you have it at room temperature, you are risking the spread of bacteria and other disease-causing organisms. It is good to have a bowl of water at the ready when you prepare your food, and make sure that you do not leave it at room temperature for more than 15 minutes.
This is especially important if you are going to get food poisoning for the first time. It’s important to remember that your body is a delicate organ, and it will react to even a small amount of an illness. Even if you’ve been eating well, eating something that is raw or poorly cooked can still make you sick even if you have no food-borne illness.
You don’t want to make any mistakes because you may be at the point where you can’t make the connection between what you are eating and what you are eating not to eat. To avoid this situation, make sure that you have a lot of water on hand before you start eating. Also, if you are going to have an infection, make sure that you are able to wash your hands right away.
