I personally eat romaine lettuce all the time. I do so to try to help combat some of the stress from my job and from a busy schedule. I have seen people with bad reactions to it, and I do my best to avoid them. If it is a green leafy vegetable, I will eat it, but I see no reason to worry about it.
I haven’t seen any bad reactions yet, but I have seen some people who get sick. I don’t know what the cause of that is, but I’m told it can be a reaction to romaine lettuce and other similar green leafy vegetables. If you do see bad reactions, I would recommend eating it anyway.
I dont recommend it at all. The reason is that romaine lettuce is a highly toxic vegetable. There are many chemicals found in it, including the carcinogenic form of benzene. The only way for you to eat it is if you are willing to let it sit for a very long time. Once you do, you will be putting your body through a dangerous and possibly fatal chemical reaction, and you might even start to notice some weird symptoms.
Just because you have a strong reaction to a food doesn’t mean you should completely avoid it. The same thing goes for other plant and animal products. If you have a reaction to a food, that doesn’t mean you should avoid it. I’m not condoning bad reactions, but you should probably avoid those things if you can.
If you have a reaction to a food, that doesnt mean you should avoid it. And if you have an allergy to a food, that doesnt mean you should avoid it. Just because you have an allergic reaction doesnt mean you should avoid it. Im not condoning bad reactions, but you should probably avoid those things if you can. Im not condoning bad reactions, but you should probably avoid those things if you can. Just because you have an allergic reaction doesnt mean you should avoid it. Its really important to note that the reactions we have to foods could be due to anything from a lack of knowledge of what foods are safe to a history of allergies or even a reaction to a food. Just because a reaction is severe doesnt mean it is dangerous. If you have a reaction to a food you should probably avoid all of it.
This is especially true if you have a history of serious reactions to foods, such as severe reactions to eggs, wheat, and so forth. There are plenty of reasons to avoid foods you have a history of reactions to, but they are all related to allergies. One of the good reasons to avoid foods is that it is hard to know which ones are safe and which ones are not.
The thing is, while you may not be allergic to the food, you are allergic to all the bacteria and spores that are in it.
I thought it was safe to eat romaine lettuce, but now I’m feeling queasy and am trying to find out if I can’t just eat the other lettuce instead.
The reason for this is that most of the things we have been eating have a “live” bacteria in them (like kimchi or sauerkraut). You probably have a different reaction to these foods than you would to food that is not bacteria based.
