The number one thing I know is that a lot can be achieved if you put more into it than you expend. With that in mind, I recommend a daily weight loss of at least 30 pounds. I have seen numerous people who lost all that weight and it was the greatest gift of life.
The problem is that most people are just too lazy or too unwilling to make the required sacrifices to change their eating habits. A lot of people want to be slim but are too scared to make the effort to do their due diligence. That’s where the problem lies. I have seen people who have put on at least 20 pounds and have lost it, but they still have to deal with hunger pangs and cravings every once in a while.
Hunger is the number one trigger for weight loss. People who are too lazy to exercise and eat right will starve to death. They will become fat and lazy and stop exercising, etc.
It’s not that big of a deal to be fat, just avoid being stupid and lazy. I know that sounds really harsh, but I have seen it. I have also seen people who were fat and lazy and ate like crap. They did exercise, but you can’t do everything. It is difficult to lose weight if you eat too much. If you eat too much, your body will work less to burn calories, and that can lead you to gain weight.
The first thing I do when I get to my new home is to get on the scale and check my weight. It is one of the easiest things to do. I have never been very heavy, but I weigh about the same that I do now. If I get up to 170 pounds, I will keep it.
If you want to lose weight, the most important thing to try is to eat fewer calories than you expend. That is, eat fewer calories than you expend every day. It may not seem like a lot when you are used to eating a lot of foods, but when you weigh a pound a day, that’s a lot of calories. I’m a fat person who is trying to shed some unwanted pounds. The problem is that I eat a lot of bad food and I eat it at the wrong times. I eat at my desk at work, at the office, at home, and at work. This is all based on my “need” to eat and keep a certain size for a certain period of time to feel better.
There is a very fine line between what you need and what’s unhealthy to you. The important thing is to make sure that you’re eating what you need to maintain your weight. There’s no need to overdo it. Your weight will fluctuate, but you can always lose weight by changing the way you eat.
The way I eat is simple. I eat real food. I eat it once a day. I never eat junk food.
