It’s a small scar, but it’s still a big deal. And it shows up in our daily life. Many times it is a little foggy inside, and even more times it is a little foggy outside. The fog in our brain is caused by a combination of the medications and our thoughts and emotions. But what we can do to clear the fog is to take some action on our own.
If you’ve been having a hard time with foggy brain, check out the video below. It’s about a woman who has just had a brain tumor and has been in and out of rehab. She has tried everything from eating pills to alcohol to psychotherapy. She’s tried everything, and now she is finally getting the help she so desperately needs.
Foggy brain is a problem that plagues many people. We often think we know what it is, but just because we don’t, doesn’t mean that we can’t find a solution. The video below shows how one woman has been using the foggy brain and how she’s been able to clear it.
Foggy brain is a symptom of depression and anxiety. Its almost as if we are trying to make ourselves feel better by pushing our brains into the fog, but really we are pushing our brains into the fog just to feel better.
That is exactly how I feel when I am unable to think clearly, or when I cant focus on what I am doing. I am usually able to clear the fog by just taking deep slow breaths to relax my muscles.
With the recent news about the death of neurosurgeon and brain injury expert, Dr. Michael Siegel, the most likely explanation now is that he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s earlier this year, and his brain had degenerated so much that it shut down his ability to think. If you are experiencing memory loss, or if you develop Alzheimer’s symptoms, you need to talk to a doctor. Also, please take care of yourself, because it could be worse than what you’re experiencing.
I am in no way suggesting you should go to bed and stop thinking for at least a day, but if you need to talk to someone about your feelings, and you have a doctor, please ask for them to come and see you in the hospital. I know this sounds dramatic, but it is what the people of the world need to hear.
It is not a good idea to take the night off to just forget your life. Your brain needs rest and you need your sleep, but it can continue to function through a loss of memory and other mental issues. Unfortunately, memory loss is not something that is easily treated, especially if your doctor has prescribed pills.
If you are experiencing memory problems, it’s time for you to seek out a professional opinion. While there are a variety of methods of memory therapy that can be prescribed by a doctor, they are not a cure-all, and they may not work for everyone. The best option is to seek out a memory specialist who can help you to make choices about your treatment and to help you to make informed decisions about your future.
